AI-CRM Lead Management System

We were approached to build a sophisticated AI-powered CRM system that could automate their lead management process while providing deep insights into customer behaviour. The project required complex integrations with multiple marketing platforms and AI services to create a seamless user experience.

The system features automated email sequences triggered by user behavior, intelligent lead scoring using machine learning algorithms, and a comprehensive analytics dashboard that provides real-time insights into campaign performance and conversion metrics.

Built with Laravel, the application includes advanced features such as multi-tenant architecture, real-time notifications, API integrations with major email marketing platforms, and a responsive admin dashboard built with Livewire and Alpine.js.
